We’re hiring!

Positions Available:

You’re a skilful UI designer and UX lies at the heart of everything you do. You live, eat and breathe apps and are always scouring the latest trends on design blogs and Dribbble. You’re fluent with Sketch, and enjoy both rapid prototyping and robust prototyping tools like Balsamiq and Axure. You get warm and fuzzy inside when you see slick, subtle or elegant use of interaction design either in previews or in production. You love the challenge of balancing left brain UX and right brain UI tasks as you systematically work through: Information Architecture, User Experience, Interface Design and Interaction Design.

We’re looking for a designer who has what it takes to keep up with a fast-paced environment. Agile on their feet, able to translate vision to reality and keen to work, learn and grow alongside a growing team of very talented and ambitious designers and developers.

You enjoy organised working structures (Trello, Invision) and are acquiring a taste for the agile way of working. You have a proven track record and have examples of your best work at the ready. You’re a great communicator and have mastered the art of interfacing with clients over email and the phone. You possess above-average time management skills. You have a great personality with a sense of humour. You’re someone who doesn’t take life too seriously but is seriously passionate about the work you produce. You have reliable transport and are happy to travel to town.

You’re a rare breed! Someone who likes to sharpen their pencils and sketch out visual solutions as well as get down and dirty with code.

You’ve dabbled in close to almost all front end frameworks and have naturally advanced through every iteration of CSS processors out there. Bootstrap and grid systems, as well as developing layouts for responsive websites and apps has become muscle memory. You’re not afraid to pick up, or plug into, existing backend techs where needed in order to assist bringing your juicy front end to life. Implementing lightweight supporting libraries which breathe life into static layouts, adding that “sparkle” and “oomph”, gives you more of a kick than a bucking bronco at a Texan rodeo.

You love your standards though. Nothing gets in the way of neatly written code, and beautifully layered and labeled designs.

You’re a talented Software Architect with a keen eye for detail and a penchant for usability and design. You’re mostly fluent with NodeJS and enjoy yourself a MEAN stack!

You might also be familiar with Angular 5, React, Ionic, and database architecture, you may have even tinkered with AWS. You enjoy organised working structures (Trello, JIRA, Bamboo) and are acquiring a taste for the agile way of working. You have a proven track record and have examples of your best work at the ready. You’re keen to work in a small team, are an avid learner and like to fix, break and build things (in no particular order).

You’re a systems thinker, you’re the one who shops with a list and always plans ahead. You are almost obsessive when it comes to attention to detail and thoroughly understand the inherent butterfly effect of moving parts within software products. You have a natural understanding of system architecture and a solid grasp on the host of interdependent technologies that drive digital systems.

You enjoy working very closely with clients, you’re a talker but communicate meaningfully. You’ve mastered the art of interfacing with clients, proficient at leading meetings and communicating via email or phone.

Conversations about the ‘user experience’ and value to the customer at a conceptual level are taken seriously, but not as seriously as your appreciation for documentation and visualising complex systems into meaningful, holistic diagrams. Expectation management is your middle name and dependency management your contact number.

You want to play a central role in managing development processes and teams and being accountable for the end result. You’re comfortable with an Agile way of working and at ease working closely with UX designers to help validate and inform features, feasibility, and functionality.

You possess above-average time management skills. You have a great personality with a sense of humour. You’re someone who doesn’t take life too seriously but is seriously passionate about the work you produce. You have reliable transport and are happy to travel to town.
